There’s always room to grow within your career. That’s why we’ll bring you to a series of training courses at our headquarters, from an in-depth beginners’ track to our most advanced sales concepts. We also hold multiple conferences and seminars for our top performers each year.

You’re Not Alone

You’ll have support both nationally and locally, working closely with your Recruiting Sales Manager and Regional Director to set and accomplish your personal goals. And your Manager is there to help you until you feel comfortable on your own. In some areas, you could have the opportunity to work with a Market Representative, who will provide one-on-one mentoring.

You’ll also have access to a local Community Outreach Manager, who can help you with planning events, arranging media coverage and more. In addition, our members are our best advocates; working with them closely will not only help your community, it can result in referrals for you.
