Kettlebell Conditioning

Kettlebell consists of whole-body movement exercises that deliver cardio, strength and flexibility benefits in a short amount of time and can be beneficial for anyone no matter the level of fitness. Each of the movements are multi-joint and multi-muscle exercises that build strength, improve flexibility and burn fat and calories.


Yoga
12:05am - 12:35pm
Anand Pathak

Yoga builds a strong body, mind and spirit. This class incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises a a mind focus to improve balance, strength and flexibility. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.


Total Body Conditioning
5:00pm - 6:00pm
Dan Kohler

High Intensity Interval Training has participants of all levels (beginner to advanced) working through cardio intervals and strength moves.

Tuesday

Circuit
6:00am - 6:45am
Sarah Waters

Combines targeted strength moves, core exercises and cardiovascular work to keep your heart rate up. Move at your own pace. You control the intensity. Class is designed for all fitness levels.


Total Toning
11:30am - 12:00pm
Michelle Hannan

Uses a variety of equipment to strengthen and tone the entire body. Each class will blend a varety of movements to focus on overall body strength.


Cardio Blast
12:05pm - 12:35pm

Is a high-energy interval training class combining athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
